All subscription fees must be paid in full at the beginning of the subscription period. Prices are exclusive of VAT, taxes, and any applicable government charges.
Subscriptions may be renewed at any time before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to TEX MEDIA services and benefits.
Each membership or subscription remains valid for 365 days from the activation date. All associated services and benefits must be utilized within this validity period.
Any article, industry insight, technical report, interview, or other content submitted must align with TEX MEDIA’s editorial standards. TEX MEDIA reserves the exclusive right to edit, approve, reject, or remove any content at its sole discretion.
Advertisement materials, including job circulars, must comply with the designated size and format requirements specified by TEX MEDIA.
Classified advertisements must be for legitimate business or recruitment purposes. TEX MEDIA reserves the right to decline any inappropriate advertisement.
Additional services beyond the subscribed package may be availed subject to separate charges and mutual agreement.
TEX MEDIA reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service, package, or policy whenever necessary for business purposes.
Printed publications delivered outside Bangladesh may require additional shipping and handling charges, borne by the subscriber.
TEX MEDIA shall not be held liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, political instability, or technical failures (Force Majeure). Fees remain non-refundable in such cases.
By subscribing to or using TEX MEDIA services, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and ethical standards.
