On Bangladesh’s Denim Industry

“The readymade garments industry in Bangladesh is approximately worth US$ 25 billion annually, while denim demand is around 500 million yards per year. Envoy Textiles currently covers nearly 8 per cent of the country’s total denim demand.”

On the Evolution of Denim

“Denim is no longer limited to casual wear. Today, it is evolving into formal wear, fashion wear, active wear, and even performance wear. Stretch denim, blended fabrics, and innovative yarn technologies are transforming the global denim market.”

On Future Expansion & Branding

“We are planning to establish our own denim brand for end-users. Alongside that, we are also considering forward integration through garment manufacturing and backward integration through spinning projects. Our goal is to build a complete value chain from cotton to branded garments.”

“Sustainability is one of the core values of Envoy Textiles. We have implemented advanced effluent treatment systems, rainwater harvesting, co-generation energy systems, eco-friendly factory infrastructure, and scenic green spaces within our premises.”
